Blogging to suit my mood

Oh good, another meta post about blogging with Ghost.

Whenever I feel myself suffering from Text File Fatigue, as I have been this week, I tend to fire up a new blog using something "easier". Something a bit more WYSIWYG. Something in which I can type my words and hit the "Publish" button and be done with it.

Most days I'm good with being an Emacs person, happily immersed in walls of text and taking comfort in having a simple, totally static website.

Other days, I want to be an entirely different person. I want to be someone who doesn't care about how the sausage is made. I want to think and write and publish and never worry about the infrastructure.

On days like today, I want to be interesting because of what I publish, not how I publish it.
