Nikon FE2

You know how when one you're on Facebook Marketplace trying to sell some snow tires, and you accidentally spot a Nikon FE2 for sale? That happened to me yesterday.
The FE2 was part of a box of vintage Nikon gear for sale. I was only interested in the FE2, so I asked if he'd sell that separately and he agreed. Price was $150 for the body, 50mm lens, SB-20 flash, and an extra focusing screen.

The seller met me at a local Chic-fil-A and the deal was done. I like local sales, because I sometimes get a sandwich after.

This is my second FE2. The last one I bought, from KEH.com, broke immediately and I just wasn't feeling it. This one was cheap enough and is in very good condition, so I feel better about it.

I prefer the match-needle metering on the FE2 to the LEDs on the FM2n. Also, a little auto-exposure help now and then is handy.
